Until January 2022, CRUX had not expanded into the East and North East regions. However, with the emergence of our Kolkata Branch during this period, we significantly enhanced our presence, not only serving West Bengal but also extending our coverage to key cities and areas in Assam, Tripura, and other previously untouched North Eastern states. This expansion has allowed us to establish a strong foothold and improve our reach in the North East, as well as in neighboring states like Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha.

After successfully establishing branches in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad between 2016 and 2018, we extended our reach to Bengaluru in June 2018, serving Karnataka extensively from our Bangalore office.

In the year 2015 due to our track record and our continuous, break free and flawless services to our clients we were honoured to be empanelled with Banking Giant State Bank Of India by their Mumbai Local Head Office. This was a turning point for CRUX.
